You will learn the basics of how to block, strike and a variation of techniques to get out of tricky/unwanted situations.

This is the most well rounded course as it covers such a vast amount of situations in a short period of time.

Weapons Defence course (knife/bat and gun)

This course would be learning the safest ways to disarm and escape a potential attacker with a weapon

Course duration 2.5 hours

 

Cost

For an individual it would be £110

£120 for 2 people (£60 each)

£135 for 3 people (£45 each)

£140 for 4 people (£35 each)

 

 

Ground Defence course

This course would be aimed at learning how to defend yourself and escape safely from the ground if an attacker were to knock you down or drag you to the floor.

Course duration 2.5 hours
